In addition to providing professional development services, Jacqui Van Horn is pleased to again be offering direct consultation and support to families and other primary caregivers of infants and toddlers. As a Developmental Specialist III certified by the State of New Mexico, and through a contract with Inspirations, Inc. Jacqui is able to offer families with an Individualized Family Service Plan developmental instruction services. Through this contract Jacqui works with parents and other primary caregivers, as well as other IFSP team members to support each child's optimal development using developmentally-informed, relationship-based practices.

Jacqui is also a "Circle of Security" Registered Parent Educator who uses an 8 chapter DVD-based parenting program to support parents. The program presents video examples of secure and problematic parent/child interaction, healthy options in caregiving, and animated graphics designed to clarify principles central to Circle of Security®. Circle of Security Parenting© implements decades of attachment research in a step-by-step process that many parents find helpful.
