Self-Study: When Reflection is Difficult

A fifth Reflective Practice self-study module is now available for those who have completed some or all of the original series. Reflective Practice Self-Study Modules 1-4 provided important foundational information about how the capacity for reflection is developed and supported through our interactions with others. This module takes a "deeper dive" into individual differences and challenges with reflection.

"When Reflection is Difficult: Supporting Reflection when Presented with Non-Reflective "Ways of Being" & Situational Challenges" helps practitioners better understand challenges to reflection as well as strategies to use when reflection is difficult.

This 1 1/2 hour recorded webinar provides participants with several opportunities to reflect on and share through their self-study assignment experiences related to reflection challenges they have encountered. A Certifcate of Completion for two inservice hours can be earned by submitting the completed Self-Study Assignment. An additional 1/2 can be earned by discussing your learning with your reflective supervisor.
